Kohlrabi
Edible, turnip-like stems grow just above the ground. Flavor is a cross between cabbage and turnips, but milder and sweeter. Delicious raw or cooked. Sow in spring at 3 week intervals. Harvest when 2 to 3 inches in diameter. One ounce will plant 300 feet. An average of 8000 seeds per ounce.
